Also known as "holy stick", Palo Santo is a natural aromatic wood that is burned as an incense. It was originally used by the indigenous people of the Andes to purify and cleanse the body and space of negativity.

To use: Take one stick and light it with a lit candle or lighter. Allow the Palo Santo to burn for 30 seconds to a minute, then carefully blow it out. Allow the smoke to waft around any space to clear the energy.
